Framingham Aikikai is once again organizing a Memorial Seminar to commemorate the life and teachings of Mitsunari Kanai Shihan,
their and my teacher, and I have been invited to instruct some of the classes.
It was very satisfying to see so many people training hard and having fun on the mat at the Prindle Pond Conference Center last year.
Happily, the seminar is taking place again this year over the US Memorial Day weekend, from May 25 to 27 2018 at the same location
and with the same format. And this year's event is shaping up to be even better!
I would like to encourage everyone in the dojo to attend.
This seminar is an opportunity to deepen our practice by focusing on Kanai Sensei's unique technical approach and the great spirit
with which he taught us.
There is already a great line up of instructors and additional ones will be announced as they are confirmed.
Please visit the seminar's Facebook page
regularly for details and updates.
As last year, it is again very easy to register and participate.
There are single and multiple day seminar options, with and without housing and meals.
Please check out the seminar's Eventbrite page for
details, more information and registration.
If you have any questions about the seminar please don’t hesitate to ask me.
I expect this will be another unforgettable event and hope you will be a part of it.
